We do a lot of work to review and improve the service that we offer our customers by continually monitoring and analysing how we are doing.

Please find below our latest quarterly reports, showing how we are performing in each service area. These results are scrutinised by your Area Panel.

There are lots of ways that you can get involved to help us monitor and improve the services we deliver. Which includes giving us your feedback good or bad by taking part satisfaction surveys or simply emailing us using this form.
