We do a lot of work to review and improve the service that we offer our customers by continually monitoring and analysing how we are doing.

There are lots of ways that you can get involved to help us monitor and improve the services we deliver. Which includes giving us your feedback good or bad by taking part satisfaction surveys or simply emailing us using this form.

Survey of tenants and residents - Housing Satisfaction Survey (STAR survey)

We sent out a customer satisfaction survey to all our customers including, shared owners and leaseholders in January 2017. Thank you to everyone who took time to complete this survey.
