There are lots of ways that you can get involved to help us monitor and improve the services we deliver. Which includes giving us your feedback good or bad by returning our satisfaction surveys or simply emailing us.
STAR Satisfaction Survey
We will be sending a full satisfaction survey to all tenants, shared owners and leaseholders in January 2017... look out for your survey and help us to improve by letting us know what you think of our services.
