Our Financial Inclusion Team offer a free service to our customers. They are able to offer a full debt advice service, giving advice on how to manage your debts effectively. They will complete a statement of your financial situation, including your income and outgoings, and use this information to work out what you can afford to pay on a regular basis towards priority bills, along with your debt repayments. They can undertake a benefit check with you to ensure that you are receiving all the benefits to which you are entitled, and can help you by advising how to, pay your rent, keep bills low, to insure your home, and to save for a rainy day.
