We have a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers based in our local offices in Oswestry and Bridgnorth. They deal with lots of different issues regarding your tenancy. They are often out and about, managing tenancies, dealing with reports of anti-social behaviour, carrying out area walkabouts and tenancy audits.

If you need to get in touch about any of the issues listed below, our Housing Assistants will be able to answer the majority of your questions. If you need further advice, they will arrange for a Housing Officer to get back to you.

If you want to make any changes to your tenancy such as:

  • Mutual exchanges
  • Succeeding (taking over a tenancy following a bereavement)
  • Adding or removing a tenant from your Tenancy Agreement.
  • Ending your Tenancy

You can complete the relevant form (see links below) and/or make an appointment to dicuss it with a Housing Officer or Assistant.
