Prizes will be drawn on 1 August, 2 October and 1 December 2017.
These will include three shared ownership houses at Ash Grove and two bungalows that will be available to rent at Pitchford Road.
From February 2018 single people, couples and families with a change of circumstance or making a new claim to any of the following benefits: Income Support, the income-based elements of Jobseeker’s or Employment and Support Allowances, Housing Benefit, and the child and working Tax Credits, may be asked to claim Universal Credit instead.
Liberty Gas (Our heating repairs and servicing contractor) have completed all of STAR Housing’s statutory gas safety checks for financial year 2016/2017.
The proposal, led by Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing alongside Shifnal Town Council, is to create two small blocks of flats that will provide seven much-needed homes for local people.

Condensation occurs when warm, moist air comes into contact with a cool surface in poorly ventilated areas. It causes mould mainly in the corners of rooms or by windows.
Damp is usually caused by a fault in the structure of the building that allows moisture from the outside to get into the walls. Damp is identified by clear lines like tide marks on the wall.
