- Kitchen replacements
- Bathroom replacements
- Heating upgrades
- External door replacements
- External and communal painting
How do we decide which property requires any of the above works?
The Planned Maintenance team are currently undertaking condition surveys. These surveys will allow us to update our records and plan any improvement works to your home in the future such as kitchen and/or bathroom upgrades. The condition surveys assess the property against the “Decent Homes Standard” which is a Government target to ensure that all social housing stock meet decent standards.
How will I be told if my home is due for planned maintenance?
We will contact you to arrange access to carry out a condition survey. Following this survey we will write to you if your property has been included in the relevant replacement/upgrade contract, outlining the work that we plan to undertake.
