To help us achieve this, the Regulator of Social Housing has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), a set of standards designed to assess how well housing providers are meeting the needs of their tenants.

These measures enable us to gather valuable feedback and ensure that we’re continuously improving the quality of our homes and services. Your input plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our community, and we encourage all tenants to share their experiences with us.

Tenant Portal

Do you want online access to your rent account, so you can check your rent payments? 

Do you want to be able to double check when your repair appointment is booked in? 

Would you like to check who your Housing or Rents Officer is? 

You can have access to all this information from your mobile, tablet or computer by simply setting up an online account on our Tenant Portal.

All you need to create your account is an email address and your Tenancy Reference Number (which can be found on the top right hand side of your rent statement).
