We are excited to share the highlights from our recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday 8th October. The event was a big success, bringing together stakeholders, staff and customers.

Our AGM is an opportunity to look back at the last year, discuss important issues, and plan for the future. It’s a chance for everyone to come together, share their views, and talk about decisions that help shape our community.

One of the best moments of the AGM was the presentation of the Staff, Amazing Neighbour and Garden Competition Awards. These awards celebrate the hard work and creativity of our community, and we were thrilled to recognise the amazing contributions of our winners.

We were delighted to celebrate some amazing customers with our Amazing Neighbour Awards. These awards recognise individuals who have been nominated by their neighbours for the incredible support they provide and the positive impact they have on their communities.

The Garden Competition was another highlight of the day. Pete Evans from Derwen College was one of our judges and presented the winners with their awards for their beautiful gardens. It was wonderful to see the creativity and hard work that went into making these gardens so special.

We were also lucky to have some great guest speakers. Liz Bird talked about her important work at Bridgnorth Food Bank, and Maria Chattington-Lowe shared about youth engagement at West Mercia Police. Their talks added a lot of value to the event and sparked interesting discussions.
