We have a number of Community Rooms that are available for hire. Each room has a kitchen and toilet facility.

Use of the communal room is free if;

• All attendees are tenants of Shropshire Council (tenancy managed by STAR Housing)
• You are a registered charity
• You organise an activity/event in the communal room and more than half of the attendees are residents of the Sheltered Scheme

Room hire charges apply if;

An organisation wishes to use the room for their own event/activity and where less than 50% of the attendees are tenants of Shropshire Council.

Charges

1 hour - £2.50, Half a day - £7.50 or Full day - £15.00

NB: All room hire charges are payable by invoice

Notice of cancellation should be made, in writing, before the event to supportedhousing@starhousing.org.uk
