The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has commissioned an independent research company to contact social housing tenants in England about how landlords are currently performing against the commitments set out in the Social Housing White Paper (SHWP).
The survey will cover the 5 key themes of the White Paper: keeping properties in good repair, maintaining building safety, respectful and helpful engagement, responsible neighbourhood management, and effective handling of complaints.
The research is due to start from 21st March, you may be contacted and asked to participate by email and telephone. All calls and emails will explain upfront that this survey is being conducted by IFF Research on behalf of DLUHC.
