Due to the upcoming bank holidays, there will be changes to scheduled Direct Debit dates for some customers. Direct Debits that are scheduled for the 25th and 26th of December will now be moved to the 27th of December. This adjustment is necessary because the 25th and 26th are bank holidays, and banks will not process payments on these days.
What You Need to Do
You do not need to take any action to change the date. Just ensure you have sufficient funds available in your account by the 27th of December to avoid any missed payments.
