As part of our commitment to improving the quality of neighbourhoods where our customers live, we host a programme of estate walkabouts throughout the year. The walkabouts – also known as estate inspections – involve walking around the estates where our homes are located, and identifying issues that might need to be tackled.
We also invite local stakeholders to join these walkabouts, ensuring a collaborative approach to addressing community concerns. The walkabouts give our customers a chance to speak to their Housing and Asset's Officers to discuss issues about their neighbourhood or anything to do with their home or tenancy. Walkabouts usually last 1-2 hours depending on the size of your area.
