Please be aware that there are some individuals in area pretending to be Council Workers or nurses to gain entry into properties.
These people are then either carrying out distraction burglaries, where the tenant is asked to put on the water taps while they check a potential leak and stealing items or pretending to be health care workers for Covid tests/Vaccines and asking for money that will then be refunded.
This is not the case and please always check the ID of people asking for entry into your home and if you are not comfortable do not allow entry.
