We have recently put together our new ‘Service Standards’ which outline what you, as our customers can expect from us and reminds our staff what is expected of them and the standards they will be held to.
It is important that both staff and customers read through this document and familiarise themselves with what standards STAR Housing expects from its staff. The ‘Service Standards’ are split into these categories -

The decision to review previous ‘Service Standards’ was taken by senior members of the management team as our previous ‘Service Standards’ had been in place for quite some time and we want to ensure that our customers get the best service possible. Read them in full here
