Housing Support
We installed 105 alarms, 24 key safes, and 4 falls detectors. 727 community alarms were provided, and we supported accommodation for 16 young people at New Century Court.

Tenant Voice
£10,000 was spent on 20 skip events, we received 8 Community Chest Applications, spent £4157 on Community Chest Applications, 400 tenants are now using the online portal and our social media is growing!

Rents
We collected a total of £18,096,672 with 49.03% of tenants paid by Direct Debit!

Responsive Repairs
100% of emergency repairs were completed in 1 day, 92% urgent repairs were completed within 7 days and 77% of our tenants were satisfied with the repairs we carried out.

Planned Maintenance
We painted 469 homes, replaced 38 roofs, fitted 123 new bathrooms and 186 new kitchens.

Customer Feedback
92% of the complaints received were responded to within 10 days, and we received a 63% satisfaction rate
Lettings
252 homes were re-let, and we completed 41 mutual exchanges

Financial Inclusion
We supported 273 customers with money advice, and made £19,943 available in discretionary housing payments.
Neighbourhoods
Out of 26 ASB cases, 88% were resolved successfully and we spent £32,452 on neighbourhood projects.
Development
Construction is underway at 3 schemes across the county in Weston Rhyn, Whittington and Shrewsbury. Further sites at Racecourse Crescent, Shrewsbury and Russell Close, Bridgnorth will be started soon!
Giving Back
We raised £5,370 for our chosen charity; Asthma + Lung and over £600 for White Ribbon!
