Our very own Steve Lloyd has been honored by being included in 24 Housing magazines '40 over Forty' list for unsung hero's over the age of 40.
Housing Assistant Steve has been working within local housing authority since 1990 when he joined Oswestry Borough Council. During that time he has worked chasing rent arrears, resident involvement and managing issues on estates. Steve also holds a Masters in Housing. Steve is a warm, friendly and honest member of staff who treats his colleagues and customers with the same level of respect. It is often said that no task is too big for Steve and that he is always on hand to help, no matter what the dilemma is.
Steve is a very popular and well liked colleague and Housing Assistant and all of us here at STAR want to congratulate him on the recognition of his vast contributions and also thank him for his ongoing hard work.
