• Call back at a later date to allow us to prioritise urgent requests.
• Report non-urgent repairs using the repairs form on our website, which helps us handle your request more efficiently.

Reporting Fallen or Unsafe Trees

If you need to report a fallen tree, please email our Grounds Maintenance team at grounds.maintenance@starhousing.org.uk. This ensures the request is directed to the appropriate team for urgent attention.

If you believe a tree is unsafe after the storm, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation promptly. Your safety is our highest priority.
