Your tenant portal is a free online tool which you can log into and access your information. There can be a lot of information when you rent your home, and that it’s good to have this information when you need it, and in real time.

• See outstanding repairs on their property

• Update their personal details and preferences for appointment times

• Request a repair (via a link to STAR’s website)

• See previous tenancy details
