Customer Notice

Our next round of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) surveys begins on Monday 19 January.

These surveys are carried out by Acuity Research & Practice, who contact a sample of STAR Housing customers on our behalf. If you receive a call, it will come from 01743 647006 and is completely genuine.

What is the TSM survey?

The TSM survey includes 12 topics that all social housing providers must report to the Regulator of Social Housing. Your feedback helps us understand how we are performing across key areas such as repairs, communication, and how safe you feel in your home.

Survey details

  • Duration: Around 8–10 minutes
  • Who will be contacted: A random sample of STAR Housing tenants
  • Call times:
    • Monday–Friday: 9am–8pm
    • Saturday: 10am–6pm
  • Calls will ring for at least 15 seconds to make sure everyone has time to answer
  • Data protection: All calls are recorded for quality and training. Acuity is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and your details will not be shared without your consent.
