The Big Check-In – We’re Coming to Say Hello!

On 3rd and 4th July, our friendly STAR Housing team will be visiting every customer as part of something special called The Big Check-In.

We want to make sure you’re happy in your home, show you our new customer portal, and check that your details are up to date.

What is ‘The Big Check-In’?

The Big Check-In is our way of making sure we’re giving you the best service. We want to:

✅ See how you’re doing in your home
✅ Introduce our new online customer portal
✅ Check and update your contact details

Why Are We Doing This?

We want to get to know you better and offer any help you might need. It’s also a great time for you to tell us how things are going with your home and your local area.

What Will Happen?

  • Our STAR Housing staff will knock on your door

  • We’ll say hello and ask how you’re getting on

  • We’ll show you the new customer portal

  • We’ll check your contact details and offer support if needed

  All staff will be wearing visible STAR Housing ID and uniform so you can easily recognise us.

What If You’re Not In?

Don’t worry! If we miss you, we’ll leave a postcard through your letterbox with all the important information. It will include:

  • How to access the customer portal

  • How to get in touch with us

  • How to update your details

When Is This Happening?

We’ll be out visiting homes on:

Thursday 3rd July and Friday 4th July.

We won’t be sending exact times or schedules – we’ll be visiting throughout both days.
