We are experiencing some technical problems with our network and telephone lines in our Oswestry office. While we try and resolve the problem phone lines will be diverted to our Bridgnorth office. We will let you know when the problem has been resolved.

We have recently put together our new ‘Service Standards’ which outline what you, as our customers can expect from us and reminds our staff what is expected of them and the standards they will be held to.

It has come to our attention that under very rare circumstances and in a very small number of cases, a part of the electronic circuit board of the Safeguard+ shower may develop a fault which could lead to overheating and a potential risk of electric shock
